Regular exercise offers incredible benefits for the body and mind. Not only does exercise keep the body young, but it also keeps the mind vital and promotes emotional wellbeing. I offer a variety of exercise forms to help create balance in body.
Pilates
Pilates is a great way to improve strength, flexibility and balance. We teach the STOTT PILATES® method. Private sessions, semi-private sessions and group classes are available in Mat Pilates. At this time Pilates Equipment sessions are only available as private sessions. |
Yoga
A healing system of theory and practice. It is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. It is a great way to tune in to the breath, body and mind. Our classes are Hatha yoga classes mixing a slow flow with sustained poses while focusing on proper alignment. Private sessions, semi private sessions and group classes are available in yoga. |
Total Barre™
Our barre class offers a high-energy, dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training. With the combination of music and movement, you will gain strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability while having fun at the barre. |
Dance
Dance is a fun, artistic combination of exercise and art. We offer private, semi-private and group classes in ballet, tap, jazz, broadway and contemporary. I am also available as a choreographer and a performer. |
