THE HIGHEST STANDARD

Our instructors are held to the highest standards and provide client-tailored instruction in a positive uplifting environment. All of our instructors are CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certified. Our Pilates instructors are trained in the STOTT PILATES method, the highest acclaimed Pilates method. Our yoga instructors are registered with the Yoga Alliance.

We encourage our instructors to continue their own practice and to deepen their knowledge, understanding, and teaching skills through continuing education classes and workshops.

Whether you are just beginning your health and fitness journey, battling injury or simply looking for a change to keep nutrition a priority, we will work with you to develop a strategy and program that fits your needs.
