What is STOTT PILATES®
STOTT PILATES® is the contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. The refined method resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation-making it one of the safest and most effective methods available.
Exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints by changing the sequences of the exercises, the postural alignment, and the addition of props. In addition, it includes more preparatory exercises and modifications to cater to many different body types and abilities, making it more applicable to sport-specific training and everyday life.

The variety of exercises and challenge to your whole body is endless.
Pilates Equipment sessions are available as private sessions and group circuit classes.
Matwork Pilates classes are conducted on the mat, utilizing your own body weight and small apparatus for resistance. The beauty of matwork classes is the enormous freedom of being able to enjoy continuous fluid movement with uninterrupted flow but always at your level of ability.
Matwork classes at the Essential/Intermediate level will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength, with exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups.
