Our barre class offers a high-energy, dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training. With the combination of music and movement, you will gain strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability while having fun at the barre.  No dance experience or tutus are required! Light equipment (such as Flex Bands™, Mini Stability Ball, and Toning Balls) is often incorporated to increase the amount of strength required for each exercise. This incredible workout not only burns fat and calories, but also elongates your muscles, lifts your booty, slims your thighs, and sculpts your upper body.

Barre classes are available as private, semi-private, and group sessions in-studio or virtually.
